Might be why you keep falling Joyce, please please concentrate and make sure you take them at the right time, I have to put o.h.'s under his nose so he takes the ones he has to have after a meal in the evening! |

Dutch, I have a system, and it works for me. The last thing at night, to shut my mind down, I have an hours reading in the peace and quiet, of the bedroom, while OH is still watching TV. First thing in the morning I also sit quietly with a cup of tea to wake up and think about what is on the programme for the day. So, bearing in mind these two quiet spots of the day, that is when I take my very much needed medication. On my bedside table I put my night time tablets on one side nearest to me, where I have my glass of water for drinking when reading my book. On the other side, next to my radio which I switch on first thing in the morning for the news and weather, are my morning tablets. I have to touch them to turn my radio on. It is simple, and very basic, but it works for me. Please try it. You might be surprised. |
