What a lovely thread to post.

It makes a chance to hear of some happiness instead
of the news stories of late.

I am glad you feel optimistic after a few not so good months.

To Blackrose, glad you are home. There is nothing like your own bed, own toliet and a nice cup of tea!

I had a bad stroke 7 weeks ago and the simple pleasure now at least being at home now and being glad that I'm alive make me feel that life is good although a bit frustrating

Decided life is too short not to enjoy it , although seeing as I'm now in middle age (tho I must emphasise I don't feel it . . . . . !!!) it might have taken me a bit long to realise it.

It feels good to me. After a rough few months today feels great . . !! The sun is shining, the warmth is lovely and I'm feeling optimistic again. I'd like that for everyone.
