Have just had to log in and GR refused my e-mail name Logged in again with the same details and here I am! When I enter from my favourites I have never had to log-in until now.
BT yahoo would not accept my password yesterday, and it took hours to get them to understand that just because my OH's name is on the bill doesnt mean he pays it or understands anything about computers. In the end I said that I would get all the bills changed to my name. That seemed to dothe trick! though I I had to accept a new password.

Hi Jean - I have had to log in for months after years of never having to - it did get better for a while after I complained over and over again to GR but we seem to be back to square one again
