If the tree won't load make sure you are using an up to date browser and have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. Then clear out your internet temp files, restart your browser and try again.

The most recent versions are Internet Explorer 8 and Flash Player 10.If you need to upgrade, you can download from here. Make sure you get the correct Flash Player for your browser, there are other versions for Firefox & Opera

If you are still having problems, you may also need to increase the amount of space your browser allocates for temp file storage. You could also try this if you are using an earler version if IE and aren't ready to upgrade just yet.

There is another way to access other peoples trees if you have been granted access.

Open your own tree and then click on View Other Trees at the top of the page. Provided you have access, the names of other peoples trees should appear on a list.

Are you saying that you don'y know how to open the tree, or that you are having difficulty opening it when you click on the View button?

For some reason I am unable to look at people's tree's when they have given me access, is this just me or is it happening to you?
