Hi TWG

I use Norton, had the same problem had to do a comprehensive scan which seemed to sort it out.

I now use Firefox, Internet Explorer caused my poota to freeze too.

Perhaps try crashing your poota, that might help.

Hopefully Stevie or Surf Monkey will be around soon, they always help me. xxx

has your PC downloaded Internet Explorer 8 as this is causing no end of problems to some. My PC keeps freezing and sometimes wont load the home page./ I use Norton and it does a weekly scan but hasn't found anything wrong. Internet Explorer seems to be the problem till they sort out all the creases.I just keep sending the error reports in the hope that updates will do the trick eventually. I am on Virgin media Broadband

Hi goodmorning, no I've not downloaded the new internest explorer, I read somewhere on these boards about the problems with it so I didn't bother, my antivirus is finding things but I am not sure how to get rid of them, I am reading the user guide but it may as well be Klingon lol

I use Kaspersky as well... and it will not allow me to update Internet Explorer... and some of the Windows stuff as well.... but I have somehow managed to set it so that it gets rid of anything... more by luck than judgement... hubby uses McAffee, and has had to search out the updates Kaspersky says are not very good, lol....

I also find that if I use CCleaner, and also do a manual full sweep on Kaspersky as well as the scheduled ones.... it stops juddering and sticking and starts playing properly again, lol I am Sky as well.... but had the same with BT when I was with them.

Love
