I wake up most mornings with a sore shoulder , couldn`t you whereabouts now .I wonder if my elusive greatgrandmother is tapping me on the shoulder and telling me to get up and write my book -although it is the left shoulder , I`m right handed. The name of the author is her name -is she looking down on me ?Any psychics about ?

Although I am a thousand percent believer in such things Rosalyn, I'm more inclined to think it might be stress.

Considering everything that's going wrong in your life at the moment, it looks as though you are not relaxing properly even when asleep, and maybe you are sleeping with your shoulder hunched up.

Try a Radox de-stress bath before bed maybe, or put on some de-stress music before bed. It's worth a try. Hope it improves for you, along with life in general.

hi ros
whilst i like to think i am slightly psycic, i feel that you are doing something in the day time to injure your shoulder, there for at night while you relax asleep it enables the muscles to tighten,
hubby went to a chiropracter last two weeks due to his left shoulder neck, aching , and his neck being out of alightnment, the chiro was suprised to see the distorted view, however promised to sort it easily,
hubby is left handed, however its due to poor posture, hes tall, slim/skinny and when sitting on sofa leans on his left hand against his face, with his feet to side up on sofa,
this leans his head to right, and whn in bed relaxed then jars the muscle,

chiro worked on his back gently and neck, and it better,
he was on lot of painkillers, and hates taking um, didnt need um soon after first session

hope this helps
also bought two new pillows

I've just had another thought Rosalyn.

Do you carry a shoulder bag that is too heavy?

Mine is very heavy what with all the paraphernalia us ladies have to carry about. Unfortunately it is not heavy with cash :((

Anyway, we went out for the day yesterday so I was carrying it all day long. Guess whose shoulder hurts this morning?

Nah Ros, if it was your grandmother telling you to get on with your book, you would have a sore a*se, where she kicked it! LOL

More likely stress or old age creeping on!

:))
