Isnt it annoying when they dont show on some census records and you know they are there somewhere. I am gulity sometimes of speaking to my PC when it cant find them and say "Oh come on I KNOW you are there somewhere ,stop hiding". My OH has asked me on more than one occasion who I was speaking too!!
Obvoiusly got this genealogy bug a bit too much !!

Good afternoon Margaret, pleased to learn you've found your grandmother. Know what you mean about wasting credits, easy to get carried away isn't it?

I was thrilled also to find my elusive grandparents on 1911,albeit as visitors.
Was disappointed to see they had child born and then died (before my Dad was born) and I'm not able to get certificate for the babe.

Thank you for sharing that good news with us Margaret. Well done on your research too.

I have one branch on my tree which is not gettng me anywhere, but I think I will have to get a few certificates to help along.

I was so pleased when we were able to access the 1911 good i thought i can find grandma Webb, i did have problems finding her on the 1901,
Anyway i have looked for months but had to be carefull as i didnt want to waste to many units , well the other night i decided ok lets have another go and yes wahay i found her in Dulwich working as a housemaid at 15 bit disapointed that she wasnt with her family as they are giving me problems as well, to think that most of my tree is sorted and ive gone back wuite a way but my dear Grandma bless her has caused me all the problems you could think of , even her grave in London took time to find , just wanted to share my joy with you all
Margaret xx
