	this is the link for BBC news. It doesn't say anything about him not having been in contact with a confirmed case... just that he has other undisclosed serious illnesses... he may well have been in contact with someone who has carried it, but not become ill themselves. 	Patient , 37 ,in ITU in hospital 5 minutes from me , has a terminal illness but no contact with anyone with Swine Flu. Very worrying
