	Just hopping back in quickly ... have been for my walk then shopping. Nearly had to leave the supermarket, was faced with Father's Day cards ... I didn't, felt sad yet did my shopping. Am thinking of everyone who feels the same. Later everyone, off to do things. Sun's out here, hope it is for you too. xxx
