Ok need a massive favour...........totally unrelated to genealogy lol

I have a piece of sheet music that I need translating into key letters, ie. C,D,F,G etc lol

It's mainly the Chords I am stuck with (the lower end of keyboard)

Would anyone be willing to help a very frustrated person???
