Off to bed now myself. Past my bedtime.

Had a rare hour on the settee this afternoon when I went spark out. In and out of the car and the warm weather took it's toll and some of my peeps still have their central heating on today so I ...... wilted!

Used to love nothing better than tucking up in bed and reading a book from cover to cover, these days have gone. A couple of chapters and I am in the land of nod.

Hubby is always extracting the book and my glasses off my face!

Getting old peeps!

Tommy War is a man`s diary around the 1st world war , sounds boring but it looks very good.The diaries were found by an auctioneer in a house sale in Northumberland and he bought them for £300. Then a publisher put them together . This man,Tommy, lived near me in Glasgow .The book has lovely illustrations.
