Just been teaching me to Hula Hoop.......Got up to 20 but had to stop cos it gave me a stitch lolol

I used to be brilliant with the Hula Hoop 40plus years ago.I did have a go a few years back,but my waist seemed to have disappeared lol and it wouldn't stay in the right place!!!! I bought a skipping rope as I thought that might be a good idea ,but found it exhausting !!!!!!!!!!!! I was worried what my neighbours would think with all the heavy breathing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Years ago my daughter had one, so I decided to show her just how good I was at it, and could keep it going for ages......

......did I heck......no good at all, I had lost my 'swing'.......but they were such fun.....
