Hi Clairejo, just had a look and am afraid so but they say that they should all be on-line by September and 1901 Census started by the end of the year.
Always got a cop-out phrase though. alll going according to ploan.

Just looked at Irish Census 1911, and they have adde Cork, Donegal, Galway, Kings County(County OFFALY) and County Wexford.
Already on are Antrim, Down, Dublin and Kerry.
