Please does anyone know how I can save attachments sent via email to my docs please I have tried and there isnt anyway,

Hayley - it should work if you put the cursor over the document in email, right-click your mouse and choose 'Save As' from the list - you can then give it a different filename if you want.

Have you sent attachments into a folder? If so you should be able to right click and save to Docs.

Not sure if I've explained well Hayley.

If you can't put it into a folder......
then do it Sheila's way...........Move cursor over attachment (link in taskbar) right click,scroll to Save as, click and give it name for Documents.
Hope that's easier for you :O)

edit....I take it you have opened the attachment?

Try opening the attachment, then save it somewhere.

Can you not just drag the attachment to your desktop?? That's what I do.

Do the attachments open when you click on them???
