I've got 3 but only really cos they're different sizes and so that if I chop meat, then I've still got a clean one for the veg. Once they're properly washed the meat 'germs' are surely gone and you can use any for anything?! sounds like your friend has OCD tendencies maybe? |

We have one chopping board , my oh does most of the cooking , he uses one side for veg and the other for meat . On the rare occasions that I prepare the food I probably use the wrong sides but I haven't given the family food poisoning so far : ) |
