Member Since: July 2007 Posts: 186 Send Message	is it just me, am i the only one ? i have loaded my tree at least 10 times now but still no tree. i have my name and year of birth but other than that its just a green screen. if any one knows of the wareabouts of my tree please let me know i think i am going mad lorraine

	Do not know if you tried the refresh tip. If it did not work suggest you contact GR. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on contact us. Tell them what the problem is. Ignore any frequently asked questions that come up. They will reply, usually, well sometimes, well I've been pretty lucky, luckier than others, well if your name comes out of the virtual hat......... Good luck.

	Lorraine, I cannot get my tree. I have had such problems, and nothing works for me. I have tried to see my tree for about an hour. Deanna X
