I love lamb kebabs , as you say can be a bit dry, do you marinate meat first I do -Delia Smith`s recipe

How about one of the many packets of stir-fry sauce you can buy. Asda have a reasonable range in sachets at 50p each. Just stir into the rice and warm for 1 minute.

By the way - dinner sounds lovely - wish I was coming, lol

Hi,

An making lamb kebabs for dinner tonight and was going to have with rice, salad and french bread.

Hubby always thinks it is too dry with no kind of juice to soak up the rice with.

Any suggestions.
