HOW DO I OPEN MY OWN TREE???

I am very frustrated with this.
I click and click and nothing happens.
I have had this problem since the format changed... SO, how do I get to speak to someone from Genes Reunited??
I cannot find an address to e-mail so that I can ask my question.
I can open my tree SOMETIMES... then the next time I need to get in, it will not work!

Hi Deanna, I think there are loads of people with the same problem.

Go to the very bottom of this page and on the left there is a Contact Us, click on that and it will open and you can send a message.

Deanna, I just tried it and it worked. So must be a problem with the .uk part.

Another suggestion for anyone having a problem getting into your tree, Try going through the www.genesreunited.co.za or www.genesreunited.co.au, not half as many problems as .uk.
