Just give your name and address to the Polling Officer at the polling station

Yes you can, as long as you are already on their list.

My 24 yr old daughter told me the hilarious story that her boyfriend, who had recently moved out to live with her, asked his mum for his voting card - she said she had torn it up and chucked it out. Boyfriend spent a couple of hours sorting through the rubbish, got the bits and sellotaped them together.

Poor lad!

I can't wait to hear how he voted.....

Someone at the polling station told me a fat porkie then because I was once turned away for not having a card.
