If John Love married in Scotland after 1855 then his mother's maiden name will be on his marriage registration. |

I'm sure someone will be able to help you but you might be better off putting this on the records board. Sounds to me like a search through the parish marriage records is needed. |

I have been informed by that my gt gt gt grandfather James Love 1800s married Elizabeth Torrence, but another tree holder has informed me that her surname was campbell, i have searched the scotish marriages but found no match for either could anyone help me he was born in Argyll Scotland they had one son that i know of and his name was John Love born 1828 in Lanarkshire. |
