Grannie, I just tried to access my tree and failed, will try again later, or throw my lappy out of the window !! To all kind helpers, it is no good at all helping in computer speak,some of us are thick and don't understand a word, could you in my case , pretend that we are five yrs old, I promise that I won't think you are patronising me.

I found by going into contacts and clicking on a name in your tree it brings the tree up

I am told this works. If it doesn't there's not much else you can do but sit in the corner and sulk, or slash your wrists, or contact GR - all of which are equally futile.

It seems that in many cases it is a problem with your browser failing to download the page properly. Try the following:-

First of all press F5 to refresh the page.

If still no luck then clear your temp files and try again.

Shutting down your pc altogether then rebooting has worked for some."
