I also had excellent service from Symantec (Norton Security) as had a prob with my laptop (it wouldn't download any updates) so had an instant chat with one of their IT bods. They were really helpful and waited patiently whilst I followed their instructions. Amazing to think they can remotely take control of your laptop (if you allow them too) to sort a problem..they were brilliant. |

the motor on my Dyson blew up a while back, I rang Dyson and within the week they sent an engineer out and it was replaced. They were excellent I must say. |

Dell......They .have replaced my broken keyboard completely without a murmur........under warranty so didn't cost me a penny. None of the....*usual wear and tear* rubbish some places spout.......they just sent out the engineer within 48 hrs of the call. |
