	Lol .... well not everyone puts on weight when they give up smoking .... it depends what you choose as an alternative to the cigs .... sweets and cream cakes aren't a good idea ! fresh fruit and raw veggies to nibble on are ok lol

	Well I am going to give it a go.....( not chemo lol ) and you will all be jealous of my sylph like figure...maybe it will be mind over matter. yer never know. BTW If I seem any weirder than usual tomorrow, it will be because I am under the spell of Paul McKenna.....mind you...I have also sent for another non smoking cd...just in case his doesn't work.....desperate times :-)))

	Good Luck then Susan wiv numbers with the tea (not the Chemo). I need to lose a few stone now let alone pounds but I do hope it works for you. Can you get your money back if it doesn't? I have just started reading a Paul McKenna book I Can Make you Rich someone bought it for my son. Not had the CD on yet well I've only read the first few pages and forgot what it said!! lol No hope for me. Night Night everyone Tricia xx
