Talking of growing up and a little bit off topic. I spoke to my cousin's son this afternoon on the phone. The last time I saw and spoke to him was at our wedding in 1960!!!!! |

Sorry missed your reply Daff, yes it was a shame. but isn't it strange he sounded just like I remember his dad sounded. His Dad died not long after we were married, lovely chap, over 6 foot and a policeman died from a brain tumour. |
