I'm sitting here at 01.30 (in NZ), I've been to bed once and tossed and turned for a while, I was tired when I went to bed but I can feel myself waking up as I lay there, any ideas? Regards Cherryl |

Sorry to hear that Gosport, i suffer from insomnia myself and it can drag you down. The experts tell you to unwind before bed and avoid caffeine etc. |
