Not sure what you mean by 'all records', but FreeBMD is a registered charity and the index pages have been getting transcribed since 2001 and still only around half-finished. Volunteers come and go but to pay someone to do the transcribing would be a phenomenal cost, as someone else mentioned. FamilySearch is also free. |
