Sending healing thoughts to Lynn, Jean Durant, Yorkshire Caz,Vicky, Liz [Diamond], Rita, Daff, Keith [Hoff], Deanna, Joyce(Dutch),Dizzi, Sheila Wray and all who are needing our thoughts.
Healing thoughts for Mummo's husband who had a heart attack and is in back home now, wishing for a good recovery. Our thoughts have helped again I hope.
Adding Dutch's grand daughter Rachel and her unborn baby girl too, that all will go well.
Just seen Vicky's grandson is not well, hoping the blood tests are OK next time.

Albert Einstein:
It is every man's obligation to put back into the world at least the equivalent of what he takes out of it.

Well Update on my parents:
We had a family meal/ get together last night in a restaurant at Denham Airport, west of London. There were about 40 people there, family and extended family and a few friends of my parents. They both looked well. Dad is still very thin, having lost a lot of weight whilst he was in hospital with the heart surgery. Mum is a little confused, but seemed to recognise most people. When asked how they are settling into their new retirement appartment Mum said my father was very happy and it's the best place he's ever lived in. She didn't say if she liked it ? But it was good to see them and everyone else too.

Looks like it will be a nice day here again today. Wishing you all a better day.
