RETRIEVING A DELETED E-MAIL - SORTED THANKS

Yesterday when closing down the PC, whilst being distracted, I think I inadvertantly deleted an e-mail. I recently read on here that deleted matter can be retrieved up to seven days after. Can someone tell me in simple terms, the magic formula, to do this |
