Got the home hub fixed by calling in the professionals. Annoyed because I can usually figure it out myself.

hi,Jean,
I'm having night mares getting connected using one of those mobile
broadband dongles.Its forever cutting out at the wrong moment,and Sunday is the worst of all. I spent over 40 minutes replying to a topic this morning
with lots of complicated census stuff and as I was sending it, the connection cut
out and it was all lost.I didnt have the heart to redo so am thoroughly cheesed off
regards from a very grumpy lady

Spent the afternoon in great frustration, having set up my home hub but being unable to get the phone to work. Finally after many changes of connections which didnt work, disconnected the Sky phone connection and the whole thing is now OK and the broadband is a little faster.
