Hope you feel better soon Jude, have you tried Zinc and peppermint lozenges, they help sore throats and eases them while helping to see off the cold too

Thank you every one:o))

l did'nt get to read l was asleep by 7.45pm but then woke a couple of hrs later, probably got about 4 hrs sleep. Feel about the same this morning...orrid. Goodness knows where it has come from apart from visitors at the weekend he had a stinker, would l have caught it that quick. He's getting a phone call from me later....lol
Have'nt even gone to work today.............now thats a shame cause l've been promoted to the Linen Lady...lol lol...and theres loads to sort out.

Off to play with my new cuttlebug dies:o))

Jean...l have some Lemsips will take one now and Vic has gone to get more paracetamol.

Sorry to hear you are feeling rough Jude. Careful on the paracetamol as Lemsip has it in as well.

Trying to avoid tourists here as they bring it in!! Managed two trips to Lisbon without incident, in fact easyjet sprayed the plane for bugs before leaving Madeira lol.
