Anyone got any ideas what has gone wrong. Viewed happily for years then last week nothing. I have downloaded new Adobe 9.1 now 4 times and can view pdf on all other sites but still not on Genes. My pc is set correctly (otherwide I would't be able to view other pdf). The page just comes up the normal green background with a small coloured box in the left hand top cornerwhich you can Right click to view source and properties. The source says " Adobe error Blank". I have downloaded a repair for adobe again, but still nothing. Please help if you can any ideas gratefully received. |
