Have already put bicarb down. Will have to use a brushpan and brush tomorrow because my hoover wont stretch that far!

Had such a nice day as well. Was babysitting for my dil, daughter had an appointment at 1pm in town so we all went together. Went to the beach after the appointment, later met my OH and his friend who were fishing at the end of the pier. Mackerel for the bbq tomorrow.... lovely.

I don't blame the dog but I do blame the ignorant **** (insert your own word) of an owner.

Feel a bit calmer now.... probably down to the bottle of white wine my dil bought me. Hubby due in soon so the aroma will change....... down to the fish and not him. lol Will have to go to bed when he guts them. Yuk

Have to disagree Whirley
Dog does what it has to do - bad owner doesn't clear it up!

Does anyone remember that woman on TV (I want to say Mary Whitehouse - but it wasn't ) who used to tell her dogs when to do it!!?

Its disgusting!! I have a dog and I always clean up any mess he makes.

I know the feeling - have a dog myself and always always clear up after it, carry a "poo bag" all the time.............

The smell of dog muck makes me heave and I have been known to throw shoes in the bin if the kids have trod in it ....

To get rid of the smell sprinkle Bi-carbonated soda on the smelly patches and it soaks up the smell - leave overnight and then hoover
It works for any foul smell - sick, stale milk etc

Had a lovely afternoon in town with my 15 year old daughter and my granddaughter (not daughters baby.lol).

When we got off the bus I nipped into the local shop and my daughter went home with the baby. I live in a maisonette over a shop but we have our own front door at street level. When i got home I noticed that someone had let their dog do "a number two" right outside my door against the door step. Yep, you've guessed it, my daughter hadn't seen it, pushed the buggy through it and walked through it herself. Traipsed it right upstairs.

I was nearly sick cleaning it up and can't get rid of the smell.

I love dogs, have always had one until last year. Not the dogs fault but if I could get hold of it's owners I would rub their noses in it. Dirty beggars. Why couldn't they have cleaned it up?
