It is still coming up Site Error so come on GR do something about it, otherwise why are we one here if we cannot access other peoples trees

Did not think it was three days, just tried to view someone elses tree to see of we are related and got the site message. Hope I do not get what I had last time where peoples trees were being stopped after I have given them to view my tree and vice versa.

Looks like a site problem, so out of our hands until the engineers are back in to fix it.

Hi Laney.

I have just tried too, and it is still the same, showing error message!

Take care.

Yeh it was worrying to see the error sometimes come up as an "Internal server error." Makes you think it's you.

Have just sent this message to GR. Hoping to get a reply?

I cannot access other members trees as there is a site error which has been there since yesterday. Please could you let me know when this facility will be available again and also would it not be possible to leave a message on one of the boards to keep members up to date on this issue.

Thank you.

I just went on to try for you Lainey and the same thing happens on my tree.
I can access mine but not the others, I get an error report.

Thank you everyone for your replies, its quite reassuring when you know you are not the only one. I will toddle off to Ancestry then.

I am having trouble accessing other members trees. Is it just me or is everyone having this problem.

Thank you, Lainey
