Dear all

Hello,

Just wanted to say take care of yourselves in the next few days as the temperatures go up.

Drink lots of fluids and take things more gently.
Try not to get stressed. Don't rush around.

Please keep a look out for someone who may need
a helping hand. It does not cost anything to be there for someone in need.

Enjoy the weather but be sensible.
