Try contacting Wandsworth Council for information about burial records. Clapham comes under Wandsworth.

Found this when I googled
not a complete answer but may point to some clues

Subject: [UK-CEMETERIES] Clapham Sry. - ST. PAULS CHURCH BURIAL GROUND
Date: Fri, 20 Mar 2009 20:51:41 -0700

Looking for information on where a Clapham family could have been buried 1847/1848 . I have read that Clapham buried its residents beneath the old parish church in Rectory Grove coupled with the surrounding churchyard . Apparently, since the parish church - HOLY TRINITY had no graveyard the churchyard around what became St. Pauls Church continued to be used as a burial ground until 1855 . Would anyone have any suggestions as to where to write for the burial records ?
Moreover, the peoples' deaths I am searching for do not appear to be registered .
