	hope all are well, have been off work last week and possibly till thursday now, due to FM , head aches, can imagine ive missed loads on here,

	hi to both you i havent been doing much just working prior to last week of course and just this and that just taking things easy today and tomorrow, dont wana over do it after last several days, it only takes a little bit of stretching to over do it have to attempt to pop out for some dinner stuff in a min, maybe i should getsome nice young helper in suppermarket, be damsel in distress do you think it will work, lol xx
