If the house is insecure because the window's open then I assume that's because someone can get in through the window. Perhaps someone can climb through the window and close it and then come out through the door. Of course this will only work if you can lock the door behind you.

I hope you have been able to do something about this, I would think the police should help if you call them.

I hope your neighbour will be ok soon. Maybe if/when she comes home you could ask for a contact number in case there is a problem in future. It's always a good idea to have some sort of contact number held with someone close by in event of emergencies etc. Would any other neighbour hold a number for the son?

Maybe if you phone the hospital, they could contact her son and give him your number.

But they charge so I may as well pay the 34.95 to get the number from 192.com, was just wondering whether someone had some credits and would be will ing to get the number for me as am a bit reluctant to pay 34.95 for one number but think it will be cheaper than the Police. I livein Lonodn so they are stretched anyway.

Hello, My neighbur was taken into hospital yesterday and I m trying to contact her son as her bathroom window has ben left wide open and makes the house insecure and 192.com want £34.95 to give me the number, so I was wondering if anybody could be so generous as to help, PM me if you can Please.
