How annoying for you Kathlyn.......I did the opposite, told a contact I had the marriage cert and would scan it for them, only to find it was the parents of the son I was talking about.......both parties being William and Mary Ann.........very imaginitive with names, my lot.....

Hi Hoff,

I am fine. We have bought a new puppy and it is lke having a whirling dervish in the house, eyes in the back of my head I need. She is a Springer Spaniel and was born on 7th April, we have called her Bramble. Our other Springer Ash, has now accepted her on one condition.....all toys belong to Ash. If puppy has a ball and Ash has a ball, ash wants puppies ball, and so on and so on........

She had her last injection on Monday so come the weekend she will be able to out for the first time.

How are you keeping Hoff?

I have now started to get all my bits of paper and notes into some sort of order for my Kirkby lot. I have managed to find two of my great grandmothers sisters and a brother and this is adding lots of flesh to my black and white notes.

The sad thing is....none of the family knew anything about the Liverpool lot, granddad kept things very close to his chest. I was not particularly close to my paternal grandparents, probably because they had 11 children and lots of grandchildren to give too much time to individuals.
