What a rotten year it has been...but then again...I expect it has been a worse year for many others.....don't you just hate it when someone says one should count ones blessings?

You have had a rubbish year but you also had your lovely little Susie (well not you personally lol) and you also had the wonderful experience of caravan life, plus learned how to project manage a a erm project. Not many people have that many good things in their year lol!

And who is the person who posts then deletes, haven't seen one on this thread!

I keep jumping up and down out of this chair to see if Sneaky the hedgehog has turned up yet, sod's law he will not visit tonight as I went and got him a tin of meaty cat food when I was at the shop - if he can't smell it and realise it is gourmet night, then blow him! The starlings and blackbird will probably eat it as soon as they can see it in the morning but maybe he will do what he usually does and sneak in to eat it when I forget to look! I would love to get a better photo of him, the last one wasn't very clear as I had to do it quickly, when he was just dashing off.

Bet you wanted to turn round and come back eh Allan! Brave move, I wish I had been able to do something like that, but my mother wouldn't have coped had I taken her grandson away and I didn't have a partner to help me decide.

I sneezed twice in the PO queue this am & was glared at as if I am enemy number 1.I dont give a damn about swine flu but if I die of it can they please use its other name on my death cert.as we go in for family research, & "died of swine flu" conjours many unsavoury images.

Allan, I am glad you all found it easy to settle and not have the UK tugging you back, my parents weren't the sort to come out and visit so they would never have had the joy of spending time with my son, who they idolised. I couldn't do that to them but maybe in another lifetime, I will be down under somewhere.

As the song says in West Side Story, there's a place for us, somewhere!

Well, it is cool here, but not sure if it has rained in the night.... I slept like a baby, lol!!

So, I now have a dilemma... to water, or not to water, what will it be?? *sigh* all these decisions to be made and by one feeble brain!!,mkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk That was Jethro, walking across the keyboard... it amuses me, so I shall leave it to show the world how clever he is... he has a funny little noise that he uses only when he wants milk...... a sort of mrrrllkk noise... for a cat who is only just learning to type, that isn't a bad stab at it is it?

Well, surprisingly, I have had a brilliant year!! I have made new friends, some of whom will be lifetime friends, I think... I learned what is really important in life...... and I found a snazzy new hair style that everyone seems to love.. What more could a girl want or need?
