I signed via the National Autistic Society who encouraged us to send their proto type letter to our local MPs. I duly sent one to mine who wrote a very wishy washy letter back saying that he could not do anything about this case.

Amazing really , because loads of other MPs have supported the cause. I just wonder about our MP sometimes.........

I also signed through the National Autistic Society and sent the letter to my own M.P who replied saying he would be taking my concerns to the Lord West of Spithead GCB DSC at the Home Office and that he will reply to me as soon as he has a response.
I have been reading about the case in the Daily Mail in the last week.

Ann, I think that the Yanks are miffed that he got into their so called protected systems and are btrying to make him pay for it,However, if they had an Iota of sense,they would be offering him a job to sort out their problems to prevent this happening again.It seems the Chinese have been hacking into their systems for years,**M**.Ps, the Government should be reminded forcefully that GB is not another state of the US.

Exactly Merlin. Many folk with AS are absolutely fantatstic on computers. I doubt Gary had anything sinister in mind but probably saw their system as a challenge! Once gainfully employed, these folk make super employees.
