People are either larks or owls.
I'm an owl. I can stay up and not feel tired but I'm not very good at getting up in the morning.
If you're a lark you can get up early without any problem.

I'm usually last to bed and first up in this household.

We can all get up early here and still be pleasant, ...but some don't very often!

Joanne, that's an interesting thought...I was born about 12.40 am, my son 2.30 Am...both night owls, also he was born Oct and me Dec and neither of us cope with the heat of summer, preferring cooler fresh autumn /winter days.

I have to be up by 7am dogs to walk ... I am still up ( or at least wake up) at 2am when OH comes home from work.

Given a choice Owl please well at least tomorrow ( come on wednesday .....sorry I will go back to bed )

I'm both - don't need much more than 6 hours sleep.
However, I 'flag' around 3pm - nomatter how much sleep I have (or not as the case may be!)

I'm an owl, not in bed very often before 1am, but not good in a morning.......blame it on my joints he he ( Ihave arthritis)

Don't want your mutts Uzzi - I have a cat that 'plays' with my legs through the duvet at 5am - very painful when I only have a sheet!!!
