Well, it isn't if it has gone that far, but there are steps people can take to prevent it. And medication as well...... but no, it is not nice.

I do hope it isn't you or someone you love??

My Gt grandad died of it... he was 84, mind! Had smoked all his life, and had been a heavy drinker.

My grandmother died of it at 55, never smoked, never drank... but she had flu followed by rheumatic fever at 18, which had damaged her heart then.
