I cannot get into my tree

I know this happens to others quite a lot, but has anyone been given any advice about this?
If I am researching on an other site, then come back here to add to my tree... or indeed even to check something, I cannot access my tree!

When you come back from browsing, is your tree still on the screen, but you find that is it is just dead and does not respond? If so, then try pressing F5, which will refresh the page from GR's website.

If you still have a problem close your tree then clear your browser temp files and try it again. It is possible that your browsing on other sites has left insufficient space for the tree to load up.
