i cant understand why my half brother who i have never seen in my life b4 would read every message i send to him but never reply!!i have been messaging him since february this year when i was 100% sure it was him. eventually i left my final message explaining that i wouldnt contact him again although last week i did arter leaving it months again he did the same.can anybody please suggest any idears.i would be very gratefull.many thanks michelle.

Hi Michelle,
I assume you checked that the envelopes next to your sent messages. Had turned from purple (unread) to a white open envelope (read).
Also is your e-mail addy shown in your GR account, the same as the one you're currently using?

Michelle,if you want, I can do an electoral register search for your HB and you could write to him directly via the post. As Marion has said, it may not be him reading the messages on here?? If you want any help, please PM me the info, PLEASE do not post his name on this board or the Trying to Find.

It maybe fear - I have a half brother I would love to find - but im not brave enough to write him via the electoral register - I keep hoping he will find me and make the first move, even though I know where he lives now.

It could also be he joined here as lots of people do in the 'free' time and never subscribed after or even maybe changed email addresses or someone added him and it wasnt him and they have changed emails. Unfortunalty I dont think though here you get an email address unknown message.

Hopefully you two will make contact one day. It could also be that for whatever reason he hasnt told his new family about you?
