Nothing planned, Tec. I expect my daughter will come over, and one son said he will be calling in on his way home from work (he finishes at 2pm), although he is coming again at the weekend, with his family. Haven't heard from the others as yet, but I'm sure I will.

Hello, hello!!! Thank goodness for Daylight Savings. For once, I got here before you all retired.

Yes, another birthday. Thanks, Sue for the good wishes on FB. These birthdays come around faster and faster each year. Found out from the radio this morning that I share my birthday with Julia Roberts and Bill Gates. Well, I've never been beautiful, famous, clever or rich - so the birthday seems to be all I share with them! Just wondering where did I go wrong?

It is sad if she has mental health problems. Perhaps be better off volunteering in a charity shop, or something like that.

It's our Berona's birthday today (Tuesday) :-D

Yes - we were a little surprised that she would have put her former volunteer work on her application form knowing that we would probably find out. I do feel sorry for her - she obviously has some mental health problems.

You would be wise not to have anything to do with the strange lady with a dubious past.
She must realise that if going into the same kind of work then she would be found out, whatever she did.

Good that the other two were ok.

Yesterday we had some interviews to do. Two new volunteers who will fit in very well and a very strange person. She was very cagey about her former volunteer work in palliative care and when asked to tell us a little about herself she asked why would we want to know. Quite honestly she made us feel very uncomfortable. So I rang the place she worked at before and on her file she has "asked to resign due to inappropriate behaviour and not to be re-recruited as a volunteer" :-( Very worrying but she won't be working for us.

Eve has been playing her games on my iPad,she has her own page. It is almost out of charge, so I will have to plug it in as it us going to turn off anytime now

It was very dull here all day, never seemed to get light. Dark at 5pm.

It's not really early here Tec - your clocks going back makes a difference. It is nearly 8.30am here.

The sun is shining and I have the house to myself. Some time in the garden I think :-)
