I don't think the old boy much cares so long as he can stay, gets well fed and cared for.
He just watches the younger dog running about as if to say "can't you keep still?" :-D

Yes , apparently she is not as nervous of men she meets. If Sue stops to talk to them she tends to ignore them now instead of backing away.

She's a delightful little dog and will make someone a lovely pet

I have closed the doors tonight Linda, so the wind should drop for you.

The dogs sit outside to await if I haven't opened the door. :-D

The new dog has overcome her fear of me now, even rolls on her back for a tickle :-D

I think the hurricane season has only about four weeks to run.

Being right on the West coast we always seem to take the brunt of the gales off the Irish Sea.
I do like to see the sea when she is wild and pounding in :-)

well, I hope it calms down tonight!

Newfoundland was lucky .............. the hurricane was further out to see than they'd expected, so they lots of rain and huge winds, but not huge winds.

............. and daughter in NS escaped it all ..................... they get 3 or 4 tail ends of hurricanes every year.



we just get the Pacific storms with wet weather .................. we are under a wind and a rain warning fro tonight, but winds of only about 60-80 kph here.
