I am not an angry person and have myself worked in telesales, I have just telephoned Sky to recommend my daughter to the Wonderful World of Sky ! lol, when I eventually got through, I spoke to a gentleman called Matthew, he asked me what package my daughter would like, so I asked her, I heared him say "oh god" so I asked him was that comment meant for me or some one else, he said some one else, so I asked daughter to speak to him, he asked her what package she wanted, she asked what was available, he got shirty and put the phone down on her !!! What would you do.
