this programme?!

i have a brother 18years younger than me, he was a christmas present when i was 18! and as you do i had to watch lots of programmes with him,

now him being 25 we were having a conversation about old programmes he watched, this one came to mind and we can't remember the name!

it was a dog by jim henson and said something along the lines of -

"mr dee dog a diddly dot dot bark"

or something?! we need to know!
