Well your son knows how to pick em, Brenda! What an amazing lady, and you must be very proud of her and happy to spend time with her. I hope she is enjoying her visits to everyone and everything goes smoothly on her journeys and at home too.

Would be nice if she can sort out your neck and shoulders too, what a star she is!

Enjoy yourselves,
Lizx

Brenda
enjoy your meal out with your daughter in law. How brave to make that long journey after so recently finishing treatment. I wish her all the best for a good recovery.

Brenda. I do indeed recall your D.I.L. being ill.
I am so glad she ill doing well, and was well enough to make the long journey here to see her family.

I hope she continues to make good progress, and hope you both have a lovely meal, and enjoy your evening out.

Beats your O.H's cottage pie lol!!

xx

Some of you may remember me asking for positive thought for my d.i.l in Oz.
Well, she has been over here on a mammoth trip round to see all her relations for the last 2 weeks and has 2 more weeks
to go.

Have left my O.H a home made cottage pie to heat up,as he is housebound.
I'm really looking forward to a one to one chat with her to see how she is coping with her life after having her cancer return twice in the last 9 months. She only finished her radiotherapy on the Monday before she flew all that way on the Tuesday.

My son is coping really well with the 2 children back in Melbourne as well as his job, although d.i.l left him a programme to follow of sleepovers for them etc.

She is even going to look at my neck/shoulder(she is a physio) as I've had problems this last 2 weeks. She is a very gutsy lady and a role model for positive thinking!
