Yes, Lesley, I have seen them. Strangely enough, it is usually on a Saturday evening just as the sun is setting......*shivers.....

Yes I have, a few years ago now, as I was taking the dog out for her last walk.

It was lovely still night with whispy clouds and a lovely moon..

Hang on, I thought, there isn't supposed to be a moon. The moon-like object then whisked away straight across the sky at great speed, and then, just, disappeared. I promise that I was cold sober. Later on, I found out, the same object had been seen over the Derbyshire hills by many other people

I read/saw a report the UFO sightings were promoted by the US authorities to cover up sightings of the experimental aircraft at the time, hence the weird shape of the stealth bombers.........

Very slightly off subject.. son's first school was inside a military barracks... there was a designated parking spot for UFO... he watched every day (his school report said that he wasn't concentrating on his lessons) for the landing but never saw it... it wasn't until he was in his teens, and we were talking about it, that I found out, an told him it was for..... the Unit Families Officer, lololol He was soooo disappointed!
